What is Sarah Silcox Studio?
Sarah Silcox Studio is a creative studio rooted in the belief that community and creativity have the power to spark connection, joy, and meaningful impact. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and sensory delight. Whether I’m collaborating on a brand campaign, hosting a pop-up event, or designing a sticker that makes someone smile at a craft fair — it all stems from the same spark: helping people feel seen, inspired, and a little more connected.
My work spans strategic marketing, events, and joyful product design — all guided by curiosity, play, and a deep love of storytelling.
The business has three primary AREAS OF FOCUS:

About Me
Throughout my 10+ year career, I have experience with many industries including entertainment, arts and nonprofits, start-ups, and small businesses. I have developed a wide range of skills in marketing strategy, community development, partnership management, multimedia design, content marketing, social media management, event planning and programming, and project management.
Before launching my own business, I made a career for myself as a jill-of-all-trades marketing and events professional with full-time roles at Forty5 (the live entertainment company behind iconic Indianapolis venues The Vogue Theatre and Rock the Ruins), Metazoa Brewing Company, and Heartland Film. While in college, I gained diverse internship experience including content creation at the WonderLab Museum of Science, Health and Technology, assisting photographers and archivists at NBCUniversal, and content marketing and research at KCET - Los Angeles.
At my core, I believe in the power of community and creativity. When these two things are combined, magic happens and we are reminded of our shared humanity. In our post-pandemic and highly isolated world, we need connection and community more than ever. I am excited to venture into the unknown future with the mission of creating unique, safe third spaces for people to gather, connect, and share ideas.
Outside of work, I love:
✈️ Traveling — some of my favorite cities are San Diego, Chicago, London, and Paris.
🍲 Cooking — I’m constantly finding new recipes to try and love hosting dinner parties.
☕ Coffee — especially when I’m chatting with friends while drinking it.
📚 Reading — I’m a bit of a fanatic. Wanna connect on Goodreads?
🎨 Crafting — especially intuitive painting, collage, and making fake cakes.
